Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Stockers and Receivers to join the team. This position is essential to maintaining the operational efficiency and customer experience of our stores. Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in ensuring that merchandise is available, organized, and ready for our customers.

Day in the Life

As a Stocker or Receiver, your day involves unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for stocking shelves and building merchandise displays to ensure the store looks its best. The role also includes assisting with inventory counts and helping customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment.

For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's day operations. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom environment in both the store and stockroom areas.
