Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to maintain an inviting and well-organized store environment. This position is essential for preparing the store for the next day's business, particularly for overnight stockers who focus on stocking, organizing inventory, and building merchandise displays.

Day in the Life

Your day-to-day activities will involve a mix of physical labor and customer interaction. You will assist customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will help with inventory counts and maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom. For those working overnight shifts, the focus will be on restocking and organizing inventory to ensure the store is ready for the morning rush.
