Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to maintain a well-organized store and stockroom. Your efforts directly contribute to building merchandise displays and assisting with inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the operation.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will help customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing a hands-on service experience. Whether you are working regular shifts or as an overnight stocker, your focus will be on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. Overnight stockers specifically concentrate on these tasks to ensure the store is ready for customers when they arrive.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour. For those working overnight shifts, an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential may apply, depending on the location.
