Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be the backbone of our operations, handling the flow of merchandise from the moment it arrives until it is ready for our customers to purchase.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory with precision and care. You will stock shelves, build attractive merchandise displays, and assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. A key part of your role involves helping customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring equipment is safely transported. Throughout your shift, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, organized store and stockroom, creating a welcoming environment for everyone.

For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus shifts to stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. This role typically pays $14–$18 per hour, with an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
