About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores well-stocked and organized for our customers. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves. Your efforts ensure that merchandise displays are built effectively and that the store and stockroom remain clean and organized.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a variety of tasks designed to support store operations and customer satisfaction. You will assist customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment. In addition to stocking and organizing inventory, you may also help with inventory counts and prepare the store for the next day if you are working an overnight shift.
Compensation and Benefits
This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour. Benefits may include employee discounts, health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition assistance programs. Overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
