About the Role

Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly. As a key member of the team, you are responsible for ensuring that our shelves are stocked, our inventory is organized, and our customers have access to the products they need. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of service and organization that Ace Hardware is known for.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a variety of tasks focused on inventory management and store presentation. You will be responsible for receiving shipments, which may include unloading trucks and organizing inventory in the stockroom. You will also be tasked with stocking shelves, building product displays, and maintaining product displays, and performing regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

A significant part of the role involves keeping both the warehouse and sales floor organized and floor clean and orderly. This may require lifting heavy items and operating equipment and operating pallet jacks to move goods efficiently. The overnight shift specifically focuses on handling large shipments and preparing the store for the next day's operations.
