Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be the backbone of our operations, handling the flow of goods from delivery to display, while also serving as a helpful resource for our customers.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will unload freight, organize warehouse inventory, and stock shelves to ensure the store is well-maintained. A key part of your role is assisting customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing them with the support they need.

For those working overnight shifts, the focus shifts to preparing the store for the next day. You will concentrate on stocking, organizing inventory, and building merchandise displays, ensuring the store is ready and organized for the morning rush. Throughout your shift, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
