About the Role
Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in keeping the store organized and ready for customers. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of inventory flow, from receiving shipments to ensuring shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
The role involves a mix of physical activity and organizational tasks, including unloading trucks, organizing inventory in the stockroom, building product displays, and performing inventory counts. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and sales floor is essential to the daily operations of the store.
Overnight Shifts
Overnight shifts focus on handling large shipments, extensive stocking, and preparing the store for opening the next day. This schedule may require lifting heavy items and operating pallet jacks. Overnight stocking shifts may include an additional pay differential depending on location.
