About the Role
Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receivers and Stockers to join our team. This position is essential for maintaining the operational excellence of our stores, ensuring that merchandise is available and presented effectively for our customers.
Receivers and Stockers are responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves. The role also involves building merchandise displays, assisting with inventory counts, and helping customers load heavy merchandise such as feed or equipment. A key aspect of the position is maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom environment in both the store and stockroom areas.
For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is primarily on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's business day.
