About the Role
Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receivers and Stockers to join our team. This position is essential to maintaining an organized and well-stocked store environment, ensuring that merchandise is available for our customers and that the backroom operations run smoothly.
Day in the Life
As a Receiver or Stocker, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities include unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves. You will also build merchandise displays and assist with inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
A significant part of this role involves customer interaction, where you will help customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment. Additionally, you are expected to maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom to provide a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
Overnight Opportunities
For those interested in overnight shifts, this role offers a unique opportunity to focus on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. Overnight stockers may be eligible for an additional pay differential depending on the location.
