About the Role

Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in maintaining the operational flow of our store. As a Receiver/Stocker, you are responsible for ensuring that our shelves are stocked and our inventory is organized, creating a welcoming and well-stocked environment for our customers. This position is essential for keeping the warehouse and sales floor organized and sales floor running smoothly, allowing the store to open prepared and ready for business.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a variety of physical and organizational tasks. You will be responsible for receiving shipments, which may include unloading trucks and organizing inventory in the stockroom. You will also be tasked with stocking shelves, building product displays, and maintaining product displays, and performing inventory counts to ensure accuracy. Keeping the warehouse and sales floor organized is a key part of your daily routine.

Shift Details

This position typically operates on overnight shifts, which focus on handling large shipments, restocking, and preparing the store for the store for opening. The overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$2 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
