About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores fully stocked and organized for our customers. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure merchandise is available and displayed attractively. Your efforts directly contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient store and stockroom environment.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a variety of physical and organizational tasks. You will unload incoming freight, organize inventory in the warehouse, and stock shelves with merchandise. Additionally, you may build merchandise displays, assist with inventory counts, and help customers load heavy merchandise such as feed or equipment. For overnight stockers, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations.
