About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure our customers have access to the products they need. Your work directly supports the customer experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will unload incoming freight and organize inventory in the stockroom. A key part of your role is assisting customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have the right tools for their projects. You will also build merchandise displays and assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Overnight Opportunities
For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's business day. This allows for a quieter environment to complete essential tasks before the store opens to the public.
