Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to maintain a well-organized store and stockroom. Day in the Life

Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will unload incoming freight and organize inventory in the stockroom. A key part of your role is assisting customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have a positive experience. You will also maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, creating a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and shoppers.

Overnight Stocking

For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. This role allows you to work in a quieter environment while ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for morning operations. Overnight shifts may include an additional pay differential depending on location.
