About the Role
Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Stockers and Receivers to join the team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency and visual appeal of the store. Stockers and Receivers are responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves. They also build merchandise displays, assist with inventory counts, and assist with inventory counts. Additionally, this role involves helping customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom.
Overnight Stocking
Overnight stockers focus on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. This ensures the store is ready for the next day's operations. This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour, and overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
