About the Role
Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receivers and Stockers to join our team. This position is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of our stores, ensuring that merchandise is available for our customers and that our facilities remain organized and safe.
Day in the Life
As a Receiver or Stocker, you will play a hands-on role in the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities include unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves. You will also be involved in building merchandise displays and assisting with inventory counts.
A key part of this role involves direct customer interaction, where you will help customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom environment.
For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. This position is hiring ASAP.
