Job Description
About the Role
Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receivers and Stockers to join our team. This position is essential to maintaining a well-organized store and stockroom, ensuring that merchandise is available for our customers. The role involves a mix of physical labor, inventory management, and customer service, providing a dynamic environment for those who enjoy hands-on work.
Day in the Life
As a Receiver or Stocker, you will be the backbone of our store operations. Your day typically begins with unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, building attractive merchandise displays, and assisting with inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
A key part of this role is customer interaction. You will help customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and shoppers.
