Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be the backbone of our operations, handling the flow of merchandise from the moment it arrives at the store to the moment it is ready for customers to purchase.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities are diverse and hands-on. You will unload freight, organize warehouse inventory, and maintain our stockroom, and ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing. This includes building merchandise displays and assisting with inventory counts to keep our records accurate.

Customer service is also a key part of this role. You will assist customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have what they need to take their purchases home. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store and stockroom is essential to providing a great shopping experience.

Overnight Opportunities

For those who prefer working while the world sleeps, we offer overnight stocking positions. Overnight stockers focus primarily focus on stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's and preparing the store for the upcoming business day. This role typically pays $14–$18 per hour, and overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
