About the Role

As a Tractor Supply Co. Receiver/Stocker, you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to maintain a well-organized store and stockroom. Your efforts directly contribute to building merchandise displays and assisting with inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the location.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will help customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing a helpful and positive experience. For those in overnight positions, the focus shifts to stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations, ensuring everything is ready for our morning team and customers.
