Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to maintain a well-organized store and stockroom. Your efforts help build merchandise displays and assist with inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the location.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will help customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing a helpful and positive experience. Whether you are working overnight shifts to prepare the store for the next day or during the day to support ongoing operations, your focus will be on stocking, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour. For those working overnight shifts, an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential may apply, depending on the location.
