About the Role
As a Tractor Supply Co. Receiver/Stocker, you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure our customers have access to the products they need. This position also involves building merchandise displays, assisting with inventory counts, and helping customers load heavy merchandise such as feed or equipment. Maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom is essential to our operations.
Day in the Life
Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on the shift. Overnight stockers focus primarily focus on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. During regular shifts, you will assist customers with heavy items and maintain the visual appeal of the store through effective merchandising and display building.
