Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receiver/Stocker team members to join our store operations. This role is essential to maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Whether you are working day or overnight shifts, you play a critical part in ensuring the store is prepared for our customers' needs.
Day in the Life
As a Receiver or Stocker, your day involves unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, building merchandise displays, and assisting with inventory counts. A key part of the role is helping customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
Overnight stockers focus specifically on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. Throughout the shift, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
