About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be the backbone of our operations, handling the flow of merchandise from the moment it arrives at the store to the moment it reaches the customer's hands.
Your day-to-day involves unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves with precision. You will also build attractive merchandise displays and assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Beyond the backroom, you will be on the floor helping customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing a high level of service to our community.
For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus shifts to stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical activity, organization, and helping others.
