About the Role

Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in keeping our stores organized and ready for customers. As a Receiver/Stocker, you are responsible for the backbone of our inventory management, ensuring that products arrive safely and are placed correctly for our team and shoppers.

Day in the Life

Your day involves receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and organizing inventory in the stockroom, and sales floor. You will be actively stocking shelves, building product displays, and maintaining product displays, and performing inventory counts to ensure accuracy. Keeping the warehouse and sales floor organized is a key part of your daily routine.

Overnight Shifts

For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on handling large shipments, extensive stocking, and preparing the store for opening the store for the next day's operations. This role may require lifting heavy items and operating pallet jacks. Overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$2 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
