About the Role
As a Stocker or Receiver at Whole Foods Market, you play a vital role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked, organized, and ready for our customers. You will be responsible for receiving and unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining the integrity of our perishable inventory by checking expiration dates and rotating products. Your attention to detail helps us maintain high standards of quality and freshness.
In addition to stocking duties, you will organize backroom inventory, build attractive displays, and maintain clean work areas. This position is essential to the daily operation of the store, ensuring that shelves are full and inviting for shoppers.
Schedule and Compensation
This position typically pays $16–$18 per hour. For those interested in overnight shifts, there is an additional pay differential of $2–$4 per hour. Overnight shifts focus heavily on stocking, inventory organization, and store setup to prepare the store for opening the next day.
