Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in keeping our stores organized and ready for customers. As a Receiver/Stocker, you are responsible for the backbone of our retail operations: receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and organizing inventory, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.

This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of service and organization that Ace Hardware is known for. You will work closely with the team to ensure products are available for customers and that the warehouse and stockroom remain efficient and safe spaces.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of physical activity and organizational tasks. You will receive shipments, unload trucks, and organize inventory in the stockroom. You will also stock shelves, build product displays, and perform inventory counts. Keeping the warehouse and sales floor organized is a key part of your responsibility.

Overnight shifts focus on large shipments, stocking, and preparing the store for opening. This may require lifting heavy items and operating pallet jacks. If you are looking for a role that keeps you active and engaged, this position may be a great fit for you.
