Receiver/Stocker

Petco Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in maintaining the operational excellence of our retail locations. This position is responsible for ensuring that our stores are well-stocked, organized, and ready to serve our customers with the highest quality pet food, supplies, and services.

The primary focus of this role involves unloading delivery trucks and organizing inventory within the stockroom. Stockers and Receivers are tasked with stocking shelves, rotating inventory to ensure freshness, and building product displays that enhance the shopping experience. A key aspect of the job is keeping both storage and sales floors organized and safe.

For those interested in overnight shifts, the role focuses on replenishing inventory, setting up displays, and preparing the store for the next business day while the store is closed. This allows for a quieter environment to complete tasks efficiently before the store opens to the public.
