About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure our customers have access to the products they need. This position also involves building merchandise displays, assisting with inventory counts, and helping customers load heavy merchandise such as feed or equipment. Maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom is essential to providing a great shopping experience.
Day in the Life
For overnight stockers, the focus shifts to preparing the store for the next day. Your primary responsibilities include stocking, organizing inventory, and ensuring the store is ready for morning operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently and manage the flow of goods in a fast-paced environment.
