About the Role
Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Stockers and Receivers to join our team. This position is essential to maintaining the operational excellence of our stores, ensuring that merchandise is available for our customers and that our facilities remain organized and safe.
Day in the Life
As a Receiver or Stocker, you will play a hands-on role in the daily operations of the store. Your primary focus will be unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory to ensure accurate stock levels. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, building attractive merchandise displays, and assisting with inventory counts to maintain precision in our records.
Customer service is a key component of this role. You will assist customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have a positive experience. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, contributing to a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
For those interested in overnight shifts, the role focuses heavily on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. Overnight stockers may also receive an additional pay differential depending on their location.
