Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receivers and Stockers to join our team. This position is essential to maintaining an organized and well-stocked store environment, ensuring that merchandise is available for our customers and that the backroom operations run smoothly.

Day in the Life

As a Receiver or Stocker, you will play a hands-on role in the daily operations of the store. Your primary focus will be on unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for stocking shelves and building attractive merchandise displays that enhance the shopping experience.

In addition to inventory management, you will assist with inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy. A key part of this role involves helping customers with heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have the support they need. Throughout your shift, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both team members and customers.

Overnight Opportunities

For those interested in overnight shifts, the role focuses specifically on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. This allows for a focused effort on replenishment and organization without the distraction of daytime foot traffic.
