About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores fully stocked and organized for our customers. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves. Your work ensures that merchandise displays are built effectively and that the store and stockroom remain clean and organized.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a variety of tasks designed to support store operations and customer satisfaction. You will assist with inventory counts and help customers load heavy merchandise, bulky items such as feed or equipment. For overnight stockers, the focus shifts to stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's business.
Compensation and Benefits
This position typically pays between $14 and $18 per hour. Overnight shifts may include an additional $1 to $3 per hour overnight pay differential, depending on location.
