About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be the backbone of our operations, managing the flow of goods from delivery to the sales floor.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will unload freight, organize warehouse inventory, and maintain our stockroom, and ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing. A key part of your role is assisting customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing equipment, ensuring they leave with a positive experience.
For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on preparing the store for the next day. This includes stocking, organizing inventory, and setting the stage for a successful day ahead.
