About the Role
Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in keeping our stores organized and ready for customers. As a Receiver/Stocker, you are responsible for the backbone of our inventory management: receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and organizing stock, and ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked and visually appealing.
Your day-to-day involves a mix of physical activity and organizational precision. You will manage the flow of goods from the backroom to the floor, build product displays, and perform inventory counts. Overnight shifts offer a unique opportunity to focus on large shipments and prepare the store for the next day's opening, often with an additional pay differential for those hours.
