About the Role

Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receivers and Stockers to join our team. This position is essential to maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and customer-friendly environment. The role involves a mix of warehouse operations, inventory management, and direct customer support, ensuring that our stores are prepared for the next day's business.

Day in the Life

As a Receiver or Stocker, you will be the backbone of our store operations. Your day typically begins with unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, building attractive merchandise displays, and assisting with inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

A key part of this role is customer interaction. You will assist customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing support with equipment. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom, safe, and efficient store and stockroom.

Overnight Opportunities

For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. This role. Overnight stockers help ensure that the store is ready for customers when it opens, contributing to a smooth start to the business day.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour.14–$18 per hour. Overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential, depending on location.
