Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in keeping our stores organized and ready for customers. As a Receiver/Stocker, you are responsible for the backbone of our retail operations: receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and organizing inventory, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment. Whether you are processing large overnight shipments or preparing the store for opening, your work ensures that our customers have access to the products they need.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will keep the warehouse and sales floor organized while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy. Your day-to-day activities include building product displays, performing inventory counts, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also operate equipment such as pallet jacks to move heavy items efficiently.

Overnight shifts provide a unique opportunity to focus on large shipments and stocking tasks with minimal disruption to store operations. This schedule allows you to prepare the store for the next day's business, ensuring everything is in place for a successful opening.
