About the Role
Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receivers and Stockers to join our team. This position is essential to maintaining an organized and well-stocked store environment, ensuring that merchandise is available for our customers and that the backroom operations run smoothly.
Day in the Life
As a Receiver or Stocker, you will play a hands-on role in the daily operations of the store. Your primary focus will be on unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, building attractive merchandise displays, and assisting with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
A key aspect of this role is customer service. You will assist customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have a positive experience. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Overnight Opportunities
