About the Role

Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Stockers and Receivers to join our team. This position is essential to maintaining the operational efficiency of our stores, ensuring that merchandise is available for our customers and that our facilities remain organized and safe.

Day in the Life

As a Stocker or Receiver, your primary focus will be on the logistical backbone of the store. You will unload freight, organize warehouse inventory, and stock shelves with precision. A key part of this role involves building merchandise displays and assisting with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

Customer service is also a vital component of this position. You will assist customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have a positive experience. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, contributing to a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.

Overnight Opportunities

For those interested in overnight shifts, this role offers a unique opportunity to prepare the store for the next day. Overnight stockers focus heavily on stocking, organizing inventory, and ensuring the store is ready for morning operations. This shift may include an additional overnight pay differential depending on the location.
