About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to maintain an inviting and well-organized store environment.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will unload incoming freight and organize inventory in the stockroom, ensuring everything is stored efficiently. You will also build merchandise displays and assist with inventory counts to keep our records accurate.
A key part of your role is helping customers. You will assist them in loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have the tools they need. Maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom is essential, whether you are working on the sales floor or in the backroom.
Overnight Opportunities
For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. This allows you to work in a quieter environment while ensuring the store is ready for morning operations. Overnight shifts may include an additional pay differential depending on location.
