About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to maintain a well-organized store and stockroom. Your efforts directly contribute to building merchandise displays and assisting with inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the location.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will help customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing a helpful and friendly experience. Whether you are working day shifts or overnight, your focus is on maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for both team members and shoppers.
Overnight Opportunities
For those interested in overnight shifts, the role focuses heavily on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. Overnight stockers may receive an additional pay differential of $1–$3 per hour, depending on the location, in addition to the base hourly rate.
