About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores well-stocked and organized for our customers. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves. Your work ensures that merchandise displays are built effectively and that inventory counts are accurate.
In addition to stocking duties, you will assist customers by helping them load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment. Maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom is also a key part of your daily responsibilities.
Overnight Opportunities
For those interested in overnight shifts, the role focuses primarily on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. Overnight positions may include an additional pay differential of $1–$3 per hour, depending on the location.
