About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Whole Foods Market, you play a vital role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked, organized, and ready for our customers. You will be responsible for receiving and unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining high standards of inventory management. Your work directly contributes to the fresh, high-quality experience our shoppers expect.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a variety of tasks focused on inventory integrity and store presentation. You will rotate perishable inventory, check expiration dates, and check expiration dates to ensure product freshness. Additionally, you will organize backroom inventory, build displays, and maintain clean work areas to support efficient store operations.
Schedule and Compensation
This position typically pays $16–$18 per hour. Overnight shifts are available and often include an additional $2–$4 per hour overnight pay differential. These shifts focus on stocking, inventory organization, and store setup to prepare the store for opening.
