Job Description
Petco Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in maintaining the health and organization of our stores. This position is responsible for the critical behind-the-scenes work that ensures our shelves are stocked and our customers have access to the products they need. The role involves unloading delivery trucks, organizing inventory in the stockroom, and stocking shelves with care. Stockers are also tasked with rotating inventory to ensure freshness, building product displays to engage shoppers, and keeping both storage and sales floors organized and safe.
Overnight stockers focus specifically on replenishing inventory, setting up displays, and preparing the store for the next business day while the store is closed. This unique schedule allows for a focused environment to complete essential tasks without the distraction of daytime foot traffic. This role may involve lifting and moving heavy boxes and pallets, requiring physical stamina and attention to safety protocols.
