About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and our customers happy. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our shelves are stocked, our inventory is organized, and our customers have the products they need. Whether you are unloading freight, building merchandise displays, or assisting customers with heavy items, your work directly impacts the customer experience and the success of our stores.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will unload freight and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring that products are stored efficiently and safely. You will stock shelves and build attractive merchandise displays to help customers find what they need. You will also assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

A key part of your role is helping customers. You will assist them in loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, into their vehicles. This requires strength, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude. You will also maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, creating a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.

Overnight Opportunities

For those who prefer working overnight, we offer positions that focus on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. Overnight stockers help ensure that our stores are ready to open with fresh, organized shelves and a clean environment. This role may include an additional overnight pay differential depending on location.
