About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores well-stocked and organized for our customers. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves. Your work ensures that merchandise displays are built effectively and that the store and stockroom remain clean and organized.
Overnight stockers focus specifically on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. This position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a team that values hard work and customer service.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will assist customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
