Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores fully stocked and organized for our customers. You will be responsible for unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure merchandise is available and displayed attractively. Your efforts directly support the customer experience by maintaining a clean, organized store and stockroom environment.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a variety of physical and organizational tasks. You will unload incoming freight and organize inventory in the warehouse. A key part of your role is assisting customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they leave with what they need safely and efficiently. You will also build merchandise displays and assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

Overnight Opportunities

For those interested in overnight shifts, the role focuses heavily on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour, and overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
