About the Role
Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receiver/Stocker team members to join our store operations. This position is essential to maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Whether you are working day shifts or overnight, your efforts directly impact the store's readiness and the customer experience.
Day in the Life
As a Receiver or Stocker, you will play a hands-on role in the daily flow of the store. Your day typically involves unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure products are available for our customers. You will also build merchandise displays and assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
A key part of this role is customer service. You will help customers load heavy merchandise, bulky items such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have the necessary assistance for their purchases. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom, safe, and efficient store and stockroom.
Overnight Opportunities
For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's business day. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a quieter environment while ensuring the store is fully prepared for morning operations. Overnight shifts may include an additional pay differential depending on location.
