About the Role

As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and our customers satisfied. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that merchandise is received, organized, and ready for our customers to purchase. Whether you are working during the day or overnight, your efforts directly contribute to a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will unload freight, organize warehouse inventory, and stock shelves, and build attractive merchandise displays. A key part of your role involves assisting customers with loading heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, ensuring they have the help they need to transport their purchases. You will also maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, organized store and stockroom, and assist with inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

Overnight stockers focus specifically on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day, ensuring the store is ready for business when it opens.
