As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. You will be the backbone of our operations, managing the flow of freight and maintaining an organized, safe, and inviting environment for both our team and our customers.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with unloading freight and organizing warehouse inventory with precision and care. You will stock shelves, build attractive merchandise displays, and assist with inventory counts to ensure accuracy. A key part of your role involves helping customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing friendly and efficient service.
Throughout the shift, you will maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, contributing to a positive shopping experience. For those in overnight positions, the focus shifts to stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations, ensuring we are ready to serve our community when the doors open.
