Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

Tractor Supply Co. is seeking dedicated Receivers and Stockers to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the operational excellence of our stores, ensuring that merchandise is available for our customers and that our facilities remain organized and safe.

As a Receiver or Stocker, you will play a vital part in the daily flow of the business. Your primary focus will be on unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure our customers have access to the products they need. You will also be responsible for building merchandise displays and assisting with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

Day in the Life

In this position, you will engage in a variety of physical and organizational tasks. A key aspect of the role involves helping customers load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, providing them with the support they need. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom, creating a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
