About the Role

Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in keeping our stores organized and ready for customers. As a Receiver/Stocker, you will be responsible for the backbone of our retail operations: receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and organizing inventory, and ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of service and product availability that our customers expect.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of physical activity and organizational tasks. You will receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring that products are stored correctly in the stockroom. You will then stock shelves, build attractive product displays, and perform inventory counts to keep our records accurate. Keeping the warehouse and sales floor clean and organized is a key part of your daily routine.

Overnight Shifts

For those interested in overnight shifts, the focus is on preparing the store for the next day. This includes handling large shipments, extensive stocking, and ensuring the store is ready for opening. Overnight shifts may include an additional pay differential depending on location.
